Eames DSW Dining Chair in the infrequent color 'Dark Ochre'. In very nice condition with minor signs of use peculiar to the age of the item. The shell is fiberglass. This version was produced between 1959 and 1971.
Marked at the bottom with V and M. The chair must have been upholstered in the past. Owner before me had the chair stripped (professionally) and made ready for use again.
Undercarriage and shockmounts are original. Shockmounts are marked (see photos). If interested, there is a 2nd, identical seat available.
Chair was previously upholstered. Stripping the chair exposes small holes in the front of the chair (see photos) and also exposes a "ventilation hole" in the chair. Signs of use and wear specific to the age of this item.
