Elio Martinelli created the Serpente lamp in 1965 in Italy and has been produced by his company Martinelli Luce since 1968. The Serpente evokes the atmosphere of those years, which were crucial for the international success of Italian design. Thanks to the hinged arm, the hood can rotate as needed. This Serpente floor lamp shows very few signs of use. Only the plug has been replaced.
