The XL Pedestal Dining Table, model F66, was designed by George Nelson in the 1950s and produced by Herman Miller in the USA. Here is the extendable XL version: the table can be gradually extended from a width of 188 cm to 233 cm or even 288 cm (!). When the table top is pulled apart, two inserts are revealed which can be used to extend the table, creating up to 10 flexible seats. Height: 72 cm Width: 188/233/288 cm Depth: 102 cm Designed as a dining table and can also be used as a desk. It consists of white coated aluminum bases with a white laminated wooden top
The table top is in very good condition. One table leg is in top condition, the other has been mounted slightly offset and has the typical signs of use due to age at the seams. These traces are not noticeable in daily use. The photos document the condition very precisely and unembellished.
