Product description
Helmut Bätzner was a German architect and designer who lived and worked in southern Germany. After training as a carpenter, he studied architecture and from 1964 worked as a freelance architect and designer and taught at the Werkkunstschule Krefeld.
One of his most famous designs is the Bofinger chair, which is considered to be the first mass-produced one-piece plastic chair. It was manufactured by the Bofinger company and served as a model for countless other plastic chairs. This table has the characteristic legs of the Bofinger chair.
The table is in a condition commensurate with its age with some signs of use. It has a beautiful patina.
Please note: This product is a used vintage item. Due to its age, it may show scratches and other signs of time.
