Beautiful and rare large vintage vase with colorful floral design on a green background, glazed ceramic by Bay, West Germany, ca 1960's, marked 98-50 at bottom.
West Germany was actually a collective name for ceramics that came on the market roughly between 1950 and 1990. Some well-known names include Roth, Carstens, Ruscha, Jopeko, Jasba, Fohr, but perhaps the biggest were Scheurich and Bay.
