Floor vase from the West German ceramics company Scheurich from the 1960s. All exports at that time were marked with the country of origin instead of the brand name. The vases were also numbered: 408 is the model number and 40 is the height of the vase. The 408 came in different sizes and colors. This vase has a beautiful glaze with yellow running into black.
