Pastel drawing with warm colors, probably from 1953. Hand signed lower right: Shane -53. Painting was purchased about 20 years ago from a vintage gallery in Oslo, but they could not tell anything about the artist. Painting is in a solid wood frame, with passe-partout and behind glass. Dimensions 82x69x3.5 cm (wxhxd). Depth including the 2 hanging eyelets. List is 4 cm wide and 2 cm deep. Pastel drawing within passe-partout is 62,5 x 49,5 cm.
There is some discoloration at the bottom of the passe-partout due to time (see photo).
