Vintage Wuri game in wooden case. Handcarved case with Nubian man image on it, mounted with iron hinges and nails. It has handle on the top. Arch shaped. Amazing handcarved detailing. Sead beads. This centuries old sowing and harvest game for 2 people was already played in ancient Egypt. It is known in West-Africa under many names: Wuri, Abape, Awale and Mancala. 12 holes, 36cm tall and 14cm wide. Good vintage condition. For all imperfections please see pictures.
