Product description
An original wooden serving tray from the 1930s. The elegant proportions, slightly curved corners, and dazzling walnut veneer pattern make this piece an ideal addition to any interior - whether traditional or modern. The uniqueness of this piece also lies in the use of materials: the legs are made of beech wood, the tops are made of walnut veneer, and the top is resin coated, making this piece as practical as it is aesthetically pleasing. The maker of the table is not known. However, the quality of the materials, the perfect attention to every detail and the overall craftsmanship of the piece indicate that it was a leading maker at the time. This piece is in very good condition. A recent restoration has revived the extremely rich color throughout the piece, highlighting the beautiful patterns on all surfaces. The entire piece has been hand finished with Shellac and Nitro varnishes to achieve a higher gloss finish.
