About Novalux ; Italian Lighting Design from 1948 , founded in Germany by Gino Persiani . It was in Germany that the founder of Novalux saw the light: for the first time he saw the fluorescent tubes used by the Germans on submarines and began to fantasize about how that light source could be used. Intuitively, he immediately understood the great potential of the innovative light source that, properly "dressed" with a cover he custom designed, becomes a real lighting fixture.
