Beautiful and rare Space Age mushroom table lamp designed by Vittorio Balli and Romeo Ballardini for the Italian brand Sirrah in 1970.
The lamp consists of two parts; a milk sandblasted glass, in which a delicate pattern of dots is visible and polished gold leaf metal base.
The base of the lamp ingeniously incorporates a switch. By exerting light pressure on the base and turning the lamp a little, the lamp switches itself on or off.
Condition of the lamp is excellent consistent with age and use.
Dimensions are as follows: height 24 cm and diameter. 25 cm.
