Iconic table named after Coco Chanel because she had r 1 in her apartment 10 rue cambon in Paris. And also said to be by Hans Kögl or designed by the man 'Robert Goossens who designed jewelry for Coco Chanel and used to be Blacksmith.
So I have had them many times in different designs. And as this one is special again with the very fine ears of corn.
What I like is that Coco Chanel was superstitious and the bunch of ears of corn stood for creativity, so she had a bunch of real ears of corn on the mantelpiece.
And also Yves Saint Laurent believed in this in the various Houses of his including in Marrakech he had these tables. And at his funeral, Catherine Deneuve carried a bunch of ears of corn.
