Original, so-called safari chair from the early 1960s.
Originating from the first owners from Bennekom, who chose a modern interior for their new bungalow in the early 1960s. This so-called safari chair was accompanied in their interior by other design furniture from the ProPos series of top manufacturer Hulmefa. Very special is that this safari chair is executed with square and straight tapered legs, in combination with metal tubes and a very tough "lace" through the brown leather.
These details make this one stand out from all the other worldwide offerings. Another striking detail; The vertical bars processed in the backrest are very refined in shape and have a point at the end.
The whole is very rare in this appearance, exactly similar to this specimen is known to us no second in the world. In an original condition, with a beautiful patina, and its own unique character, a true lovers' item!
