Very skillfully made oak chair from the Council Chamber of the Town Hall in Gouda. According to information from the historical circle Gouda, the chair was made in 1952 by the local craft school as a project and upholstered with harness leather by a Gouda upholsterer. Photos of the wedding hall of the Gouda Town Hall show the same chairs only with a coat of arms on the back. So this chair was in the Council Chamber. Chair is in good vintage condition the leather is still whole but has some wear.
In vintage condition with signs of use in the leather.
