Vintage three-tier bamboo, wood and rattan bookshelf/bookcase on legs, circa 1960s/1970s.
This beautiful piece has a design comprising a bamboo frame with bentwood rattan and three wooden shelves, finished in a rich, warm and comfortable honey-colored golden oak veneer.
The piece is in very good, original and vintage condition, with some light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with the times, as well as a beautiful patina of time, on the frame, shelves, woodwork, borders and legs (see multiple photos.) The surface has only been gently cleaned, oiled and waxed compared to the original patina. A pretty and practical piece that will work very well in any contemporary, mid-century modern, rustic or retro-bohemian space, whether used in a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, etc. All photos are taken under natural outdoor light, so colors may vary slightly depending on the brightness, angles and perspective in which they are viewed.
