Product description
This classic 1960s freestanding desk by H.P. Hansen, is a stunning example of Danish design. Crafted from a high-quality teak veneer body and finished with attention to detail, this desk exudes both elegance and functionality. Its clean, minimalist design makes it a versatile piece that will fit into any interior style, whether you have a modern, Scandinavian or traditional decor. With three drawers, a door, a floating tabletop, two bookcases at the back and solid wood legs, this desk not only offers an aesthetically pleasing workspace, but also practical benefits for everyday use. Dimensions: Width: 150 cm Depth: 74 cm Height: 73 cm Bottom edge of table: 67 cm Opening between cabinet and drawers: 53 cm Rear compartment dimensions: Width: 40 cm Depth: 28 cm Height: 38 cm
The desk is in very good vintage condition with signs of use due to age, but not limiting functionality. The first owner was so careful with it that there was a "protection" on the top for over 50 years, just that caution has now resulted in a slight discoloration, see photos. Veneer is damaged in one small spot, but this has been restored.
