Nomadic carpet produced in the Fars region (Iran) and marketed in Hamadan. Knotted with 100% wool. It has about 60,000 knots per square meter. The geometry of these rugs, whether medallion or herringbone, makes them very different from the rest of the area. To manufacture them, they use a Persian knot on the warp and double weft made of cotton with wool sourced from the area. Exported from Iran before 2015.
