Mid-century glass pendant lamp, circa 1960s.The lamp has a fantastic inverted umbrella style shade.The shade has a convex triangular shape.It is made of clear glass with a blue, gold and ivory printed pattern.The arrow shaped design inside has a textured/granulated/glazed glass finish.The stem of the lamp is made of metal with an unusual and original brass color textile thread.(See photos).At the top of the stem, there are two brass colored textile thread washers. They slide to allow the brass canopy to be in position, flush with the ceiling (see photos.)The lamp is overall in very good original and vintage condition with some old marks and signs of previous use and time, a very slightly faded color as well as a patina of time on the stem, the shade, the brass washer and the ceiling canopy (see photos) .There are no chips or cracks on the shade.The lamp has been tested and is fully functional with two E27 screw-in bulbs.(See photos.)The lamp will be disassembled for shipping purposes.A second lamp is available, currently not listed.
