Very beautiful, large candle holder made of cobalt blue glass, handmade and swirled, with fine lines decorating the glass. From the late 1980s, early 1990s.
Small chip where the stem meets the upper candle holder. Probably happened during manufacture, you can't see it when the candle holder is in use.
