Unique organically shaped floor lamp in the shape of a mushroom made entirely of crafted glass and brass.
The lamp has strong similarities to a design by Peil & Putzler or Doria leuchten.
Because the lamp is made entirely of white blended glass (including the base), not only does light come from under the shade but the base also emits light. The glass has a slight stripe structure and is semi transparent so you cannot see the bulb when the lamp is on.
Nice to combine in a vintage, regency or boho decor and a timeless design.
The cord has an on/off switch.
The whole is in a good condition for the age of at least 60 years and is completely original. The glass is whole and has no cracks or pieces off.
The large normal lamp socket (e27) offers the possibility to use an energy-saving LED or energy saving bulb but can also accommodate a traditional incandescent bulb. Lamp is sold without light source.
The lamp has been cleaned and technically checked by us and works 100% properly and can be hung immediately for years of unique and atmospheric lighting in almost any interior.
