Tough, solid, powder-coated gray steel and sturdy upholstery characterize this original Gispen 206 originally designed by Willem Hendrik Gispen in 1937. In 1960 and 1961 Gispen produced this version especially for the TH Delft . The chairs still have the original yellow rib fabric upholstery, bakelite armrests and a matte shiny nickel tubular frame. The chairs are in a good vintage condition, upholstery is still intact but has a stain in the seat (see photos).
