This iconic Space Age lamp was designed by Yamada Shomei in 1975. The design, named "Manon," is inspired by the forms of Japanese origami. The lamp features a phone-like cord that can be extended when pulled, and it turns on and off with a switch. While I am not certain this is the original design, it closely resembles it. Please note that the lamp shows signs of age. Dimensions: 21 cm high when extended, 16 cm high when folded, 6.5 cm wide, and 10 cm deep.
In good vintage condition, however, it shows multiple signs of age. The paint is coming off in some areas, and there are small cracks in others. Please refer to the last pictures for a better understanding.
