Kaiser idell 6660 super, christian dell, bauhaus.Certified original edition.Exceptional, rare example of double lamp from the 1930s in its original condition.Large shade model, beautiful proportions.Icon of the modernist and avant-garde design of the 1930s that inspired so many designers of the post-war years.Christian dell was one of the most famous masters (metal workshop) of the weimar bauhaus.The lamp is composed of a structure and two shades in black lacquered steel, cast iron counterweights, tubes: chrome nickel-plated and bakelite sockets.Signed by the publisher.Adjustable, the rotating arms rise and fall (height of 46 cm to 61 cm).The shades are rotatable too, (rotate 360 degrees.This model is in very good condition despite a slight defect on the foot (see photo).some tiny traces of wear, barely visible, without consequence.the white spots on the shades are reflections of light.We are specialized for 30 years in the lamps of the bauhaus, moreover we organized an exhibition for the 100 years of the bauhaus on the lamps of the bauhaus.The series of christian dell is based on two ball joints patented worldwide and represents one of the best of bauhaus design.kaiser idell lamps quickly became design artifacts and are to this day considered design classics.Dimensions: w: 98 cm, h: 61 cm, d: 21 cm.Shades: h: 15 cm, diameter 21 cm.
