Vintage secretaire directly from Denmark and designed by Gunnar Falsig for Holstebro Møbelfabrik, produced in the 1960s. Holstebro Møbelfabrik was known as a breeding ground for good quality furniture in the 1960s and 1970s. Many pieces of furniture come from Holstebro, a town in central Jutland in Denmark.
Gunnar Falsig is a Danish designer who created designs for several furniture factories around the 1950s and well into the 1970s. His designs are characterized by the use of very good materials combined with clean lines as well as wavy shapes. Again, this can be seen in the solid parts, rounded edges and unique sides. All in very good condition with minimal traces of use. Original glass present, handles without damage.
