Beautifully elegant vintage Danish Design Propos Series sideboard, made by Hulmefa in the 1950s. This dutch design lowboard is veneered in teak with wenge details, such as the deep square handles. The sideboard rests on a slim metal base. The sideboard has 4 drawers, 3 doors and 2 shelves.
This sideboard looks a lot like the famous Japanese series designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, but this cabinet has just a bit more beautiful details. For example, the hinges are nicely concealed in this model. The vintage Danish design sideboard is 201 cm long, 43 cm deep and 80 cm high.
The lowboard is in good vintage condition. The Mid - Century cabinet can be viewed in our warehouse in Rijen by appointment.
