Beautiful solid teak set of three Danish nestable tables. Designed by the Danish firm Salin Møbler in the sixties.
The three tables are all different sizes and fit together perfectly. The frame of the tables is made of organically shaped solid teak wood in a u-shape. Between the wooden frames is a tabletop made of teak veneer, using the technique of mirrored veneer. With a mirrored veneer, the grain of the warm teak repeats itself.
The advantage of occasional tables is that they can offer the size of a large coffee table, and retracted take little space because the three tables can be pushed together. In addition, you can also use the tables separately as side tables.
This completely original and complete set of three side tables is in almost new condition due to a professional renovation. In the renovation process, we removed all the old maintenance layers from the wood, then sanded them by hand and finally fed them with a high-quality Danish furniture oil. By renovating, the teak wood has regained its beautiful warm colors, and the set can last for years again, ready for immediate use.
