For sale: Vintage Danish bookcase/secretaire designed by Johannes Sørth for Nexø Møbelfabrik Bornholm. Johannes Sørth worked for several Danish design companies after graduation, including Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture. He also worked for the Italian design company B&B Italia, where he designed several popular pieces of furniture. During his career, Sorth received numerous awards and honors for his contributions to design, including the Danish Design Prize in 1969 and the Gold Medal of the Society for the Promotion of the Arts in 1987. The bookcase is in very good condition. Little to no signs of use. The furniture has louvered doors, drawers, adjustable shelves and upright shelves for your singles, for example. The whole stands firmly on its base with round legs. There is also an extendable top so it can also be used as a desk/secretaire! Asking price: 895 euros. Delivery possible.
