This GISPEN school lamp is a timeless classic that attractively and stylishly illuminates any interior.
This lamp made of chrome and opaque mouth blown bulb from the 1930s is an iconic modernist lamp.
Consisting of an original chrome-plated steel ceiling shade, central shaft, ventilated dust cover and a white opaque opal white glass globe shade, which provides a special even distribution of light.
Condition
The lamp is in very nice vintage condition, no dents, no scratches, no breaks, no damage to the glass (no scratches, no glass chips) and beautiful matte nickel patina, consistent with age and use

The suspension with porcelain part and screw hook are original and complete (see photos).
Electrical
The lamp has new wiring (due to safety) and the E27 bulb fitting has been professionally repaired (age/wear).
Maximum power of light source 40 watts.
The shown light source (LED lamp) is not part of this lot but was only used for taking pictures, because the choice for the right lamp (in terms of brightness, color, dimmability and economy (LED, Halogen or incandescent) is a very personal one.
