A beautiful vintage ceiling lamp from the 1930s. This lamp was produced by Philips and sold under the Philips name, but also by Gispen/ Giso. This copy has the original Philips brand sticker and on the glass shade there are still the remnants of the printed Philips logo. If desired, this is easy to polish away, but it can also be retained.
The opal glass lampshade has a beautiful warm cream shade which provides a very pleasant and warm light.
Due to the unique suspension system, the lamp forms a very nice tight unit with the ceiling because the lamp base is not visible.
The lamp is in very nice condition for its age.
