This Art Deco sideboard, with a black marble top with white and orange veins and double mahogany molding around the edges, is topped by a backsplash. On top of the backsplash, there is a mercury mirror, rounded, with a bevelled edge, framed with cedar burr veneer, with mahogany gadrooned elements on each end. In the central part, there is a drawer with two bronze handles. Underneath, a glass door with brass frame. The interior, lined with mirrors, forms a display case with two glass shelves.On each side, this Buffet opens with two rounded doors in burr cedar veneer, with bronze handles whose lock and key are original and in working order. Its base is composed of mahogany legs with double molding, which follow the curve of the doors, and straight legs at the back.From the former Maison Stourm in Paris, specializing in Art furniture, this sideboard is typical of the Art Deco period, with its rounded forms and its pretty color.****Epoque: 1940Perfect condition.
