Antique rotating/tilting office chair or captain's chair from the American brand Milwaukee Chair Co.
The chair still looks good (signs of use are normal for these types of old chairs). The leather upholstery and filling were replaced a number of years ago. Discoloration of the leather (as visible in the photo).
The steel wheels can be dismantled.
The woodwork is well maintained and still looks fine: no cracks or major damage. Of course there are signs of use. Seat and filling have been replaced.
