Beautiful robust vintage armchair designed by Eric Merthen for Ire Möbler, Sweden 1965. The design is somewhat reminiscent of the work of Sergio Rodriques or Percival Lafer from the same period. The frame is made of solid oak and the seats of soft black leather. The leather armrests and seat are made in one piece. Due to the use of materials and the timeless design, this armchair combines well with various interior styles. The chair is in very good condition and has minimal traces of use. The leather upholstery has been renewed. Dimensions are as follows: height 84 cm, width 104 cm, depth 90 cm and seat height 42 cm.
