Product description
The armchair type GFM-64 is currently the most famous Polish armchair, a true symbol of the 1960s. It was designed in 1965 by the famous designer Edmund Goma and produced by the Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli. It has never been mass-produced, hence it is very rare both in salons and for sale. The armchair has undergone a thorough renovation. The wood was carefully polished and again covered with an ecological teak stain with a satin finish. The seat was disassembled to the frame itself and then the structure was reinforced and the cavities were filled. New upholstery strips were added and a new sponge with a high resistance to beating was applied. Finally, the seat was upholstered with a navy beige velour fabric.
