Amazing capacity.

Marcel Gascoin (1907-1986) was one of the key figures of the Reconstruction movement. He was one of a number of young designers who turned their backs on Art Deco decorum, advocating simple, modular furniture accessible to the widest possible audience.
In 1948, lacking a publisher, he created ARHEC (Aménagement rationnel de l'habitation et des collectivités) to produce his own furniture.
