Viktorie Chaloupkova was born in 1953, in Prague, Czechoslovakia. She graduated at School of Applied Arts in 1972, in Prague. From 1972 to 1975 Viktorie was designer in Military History Museum of Prague Castle, and from 1975 to 1976 in Museum od Czech Literature in Prague. Since 1977 Viktorie started creating as a professional painter. In 1985 she was proclaimed as the Best Seller Czech Painter.
In the last 37 years she had more than 80 exhibitions all over the world, especially in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Luxemburg, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Spain, The Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
She is recently colaborating with collectors and galleries based on individual contracts.
