Two original 1970s tubular steel upholstered chairs by Hanno von Gustedt for Thonet model S30.
Great high quality Space Age design. Made in Germany.
Winner of the IF Design Award in 1974.
Frame is made of chrome-plated tubular steel, seat ia made of plywood, upholstered and with original yellow fabric cover.
Very good condition with no damage. No rust, not wobbly, not worn out.
Both chairs are in equally good condition. With a beautiful light patina.
One chair has a small tear in the fabric on the edge of the backrest. You can see it clearly in the last photo.
100% original, not repaired or refurbished.
Suitable for all living areas and very decorative.
