A touch light bedside lamp is for sale, which was designed by the Bauhaus designer Marianne Brandt in the 1930s for the Ruppelwerke in Gotha and was later manufactured until the 1960s by the successor to the Ruppelwerke, the Gothaer Metallwarenfabrik. The lamp is brass-plated and in contemporary condition, the large push-button switch is made of white Bakelite. The bell is made of marbled beige opal glass and can be swiveled using a joint with a locking screw. The lamp is in original condition and fully functional.
