Deceased sports artist (1947-2003)
Tjarko ten Have. He painted portraits, nudes and landscapes. He was best known for his full-length portraits of athletes such as Marco van Basten and athlete Ellen van Langen. He knew better than anyone how to capture the agility, flexibility and strength of the athletes. His series of portraits of jazz greats also made a great impression.
