Very high-quality Danish highboard from the Danish Mid Century Modern by Henry Rosengren Hansen for a Scandinavian furniture store - Brande Møbelindustri - produced in the 50s. The sideboard is made of teak with many solid wood elements that demonstrate very high-quality craftsmanship, especially the solid feet and edging, handles and doors, which are mitered.
The sideboard has two large compartments, each with height-adjustable shelves and internal drawers that are made of oak and have felt inserts. Additional drawers that can be opened from the outside offer additional storage space and are also made of oak; the upper one has a felt insert.
Nice condition with only a few signs of wear. The chest of drawers was restored and the surfaces reworked. There are two areas of damage on the surface that have been professionally retouched and are barely visible. The branding is on the back.

This Scandinavian mid century modern teak credenza was designed in the 1950s by Henry Rosengren Hansen for the manufacturer Brande Møbelindustri in Denmark.
It shows exquisite Danish craftsmanship and offers plenty of storage space on four tapered legs and lots of beautiful details made out of solid teak wood like the handles, front edges and legs.
The sideboard features two big sliding doors, six drawers on the outside and five on the inside, some laid out with original green felt fabric.
The sideboard comes in wonderful condition with only minor traces of use, some light scratches and bumps, some very tiny marks on the legs. The highboard’s surface has been refinished. Two spots on the surface have been professionally retouched and are almost not visible, nothing that detracts. Overall appearance presents beautifully.
