This iconic "Decora" table or desk lamp, also often called Model Z, was designed in 1956 by the famous architect and designer Louis Kalff and produced by Philips. It is the predecessor of the Diplomat Z model. Philips label present on the brass plate on the lampshade. The lamp is in very good vintage condition and shows only very minor signs of use according to its age (see photos). The lamp has been tested and is fully working. The lamp will look its best with a silver head mirror LED bulb (not included). Estimated period: 1950s-'60s.

This lamp, compared to many others, already has a very nice dark patina due to age.
