This model is called Strimma and was sold by Ikea. You can hang it horizontally or vertically and the shade is movable so you can shine the light in all directions. The light is nicely diffused. I also sell the big brother of this lamp should you be looking for a nice set.
There is a scratch on the wooden hood which can be seen in the photo. The mounting bracket is no longer 100% straight but this does not hinder the functionality and appearance, in my opinion
