Martin Visser SE 05 chair for Spectrum. The SE 05 dining chair with a seat and back of pulp cane, and a frame of brushed chrome was designed by Martin Visser in 1960. Visser's handwriting is unmistakable in the seemingly simple design. The chair's minimalist frame leaves plenty of room for the special craftsmanship of weaving pulp cane. The frame and the backrests are still good, but all the seats should be re-matted as the reeds are coming off there. (See photos) At a reed weaver you can have that done- inquired about it but no longer have it done because we unfortunately have no more room for these chairs in the new house Bought at Sijben - Roermond.
