Product description
Mini-bar. A nice copy and the chrome is in good condition
A common problem with the Rotobars is that the lip of the tray breaks off, which is also the case with this Rotobar, in addition, the turntable has two damage spots. . The Curver Rotobar is a vintage minibar reminiscent of a flying saucer. Designed in the late 1960s and produced from 1971 by the Dutch Curver. The Curver Rotobar is a typical piece from the Space Age era and a special minibar or side table for drinks. The top consists of a plastic 'dish' with 4 holes at the top for bottles, for example, several holes on the side to put things in the middle and a removable tray at the top. All this stands on a chromed tubular frame with wheels that gives the impression that the saucer is flying above the ground. Especially the latter and the holes on the side of the 'dish' give the impression that you are dealing with a home UFO. This Curver Rotobar comes in a neutral off-white color with an orange tray. Because too few plasticizers have been used, the table is somewhat discolored, which produces a super nice light camel color on a super cool patina. Dimensions: 62 cm in diameter, 48 cm in height. Space design, innovative, daring, exciting and unorthodox design. This beauty will soon be in your living room
