What an elegant piece of furniture, this secretaire! The downward tapering wall cabinet rests on white feet, optically leaning against the wall. It has 3 open compartments for books or decorative items, and a large flap desk top. Made entirely of wood in off-white lacquer. Above the desktop is a convenient compartment division for paperwork and office supplies. The depth at the top is 20 cm (bottom 35 cm), so the cabinet is not a massive block in your room. The secretaire is from the first owner, from the estate of a lady who collected beautiful design pieces from many countries all her life. Pick up is limited as there is not someone present every day.
Paint is damaged in some places, especially on top of bottom shelf scratched by binders. Nothing shocking given its age and loving use.
