Vintage Fuerfest glass teapot by Saale DDR. This is natural fireproof and sturdy glass, made by Jena in the 1960s in Germany. The design seems to have been made by Ilse Decho, who worked for Jena glass in the 1962s. The nice thing about this, quite stylish teapot, is that it has the glass tea spice tray and lid completely intact!!! And so is the teapot itself, including spout! Fine. A nice big size to use. Capacity: 1.5 liters.
