Silver Fireplace on a silver base plate of wavy water. Highly detailed by silversmith Jan de Vries of Leeuwarden / Assen, working from 1905 to 1931.
The mantel has two sails and is solidly made.
The piece is hallmarked with master hallmark JV hammer, and several swords.
In good condition.
