Silver plated candy bowl with glass cobalt blue inner tray. Is decorated with a pattern of starfish around the top rim. Some signs of use, probably made in the late 1950s. Marked Celtic Quality and Made In England on bottom.
Small spots on outer edge, but hardly noticeable. With silver polish and some serious polishing to get rid of. Glass inner tray has signs of use at the bottom, as can be expected for its age.
