Handmade silver bread basket from Italy. Made by the fa. Costruzioni Modelli di Danilo Nannelli e C. sas of Firenze (FI). Working from 1976.
Hallmarked with master seal 1066 FI, hallmark 800 and the text: Fatto a mano which means handmade.
The bowl is decorated all around with dancing putti in a kind of garden with dolphins below. A fine example of Italian silversmithing.
