An ode to the enchantment of the beach and my love of searching for treasures in the sand. My fascination with the graceful twisted shells, especially those I found on Vlieland, found expression in this sculpture. The nearly perfect shell I brought home as a model was the source of inspiration for this work of art. Chiseled here in stone, it exudes the elegance and organic splendor of the original shell, a timeless tribute to the beauty of nature.
