SIJBRANDA - SEALINES # 1 Edition 40 x 40 cm
After completing my studies in design ( TU Delft), I have devoted the last 10 years to photographing the sea and developing the Sealines Collection.
I draw inspiration from contact with the elements of earth, water, wind and the horizon.
The horizon: an imaginary line between water and sky, between earth and sky, separation of elements, end of a perspective.
Born in Hoek van Holland, my fascination with the sea is as natural as it is natural.
I use current techniques and transform the images into an abstraction, adding a personal impression.
Work of mine has been exhibited in various locations:
